How Women’s Aerospace Network BEGAN

In 2024 aerospace visionary Holly Pascal found herself getting her break in the aerospace industry, but she discovered something was missing— a place where she could grow, regardless of her role, geography, or network.

Inspired to create a space where underrepresented voices in aerospace could connect, support, and celebrate each other, she founded the Women’s Aerospace Network (WAN).

What started as a small, passionate community quickly grew into a powerful platform that now spans the globe, with thousands joining forces to reshape the future of aerospace.

Space for All

Our mission is to make the space industry accessible and inclusive by connecting, amplifying, and inspiring a universal passion for aerospace. We are dedicated to shining a spotlight on trailblazers and amplifying the voices of everyday heroes moving the needle in the industry. Solving the challenges of space exploration requires the collective talents of many, and we are committed to supporting all as we work together to overcome some of the world’s most complex challenges.

A Culture of Empowerment

WAN is built on the belief that community drives innovation, and by bringing together a diverse group of individuals who are passionate about aerospace, we create a powerful force for change. Our aim is to empower and inspire the next generation.
