In 2024, NASA engineer Holly Pascal founded the Women’s Aerospace Network (WAN) to create a space where underrepresented voices in aerospace could connect, grow, and celebrate their achievements, no matter their role or location. WAN has since grown from a small community into a global platform, with thousands of members united by a shared mission to make the aerospace industry more inclusive.

At WAN, we believe that community fuels innovation. By bringing together a diverse group of individuals, we empower the next generation and provide the support needed to tackle some of the world's most complex challenges
